Not a Mission Impossible
StartChange is a unique entity.
Our ultimate aim is to be a catalyst for community-inclusive engagement and development. We believe there is a need to work towards change - change that will profoundly break down the barriers of multifaceted inequities in broken systems.
We strive towards making those systems more community-inclusive through our community circles programme. For far too long, the voices and views of our most diverse communities have been overshadowed by unlevelled structures that have consistently failed to deliver change.
We want to generate a whole new way of championing the views of society across health, the Integrated Care System (ICS) & Integrated Care Board (ICB), housing, social justice, criminal justice, social care, and education. The gap between the 'haves' and the 'have-nots' is too great to ignore, causing major social vulnerability and societal views that no one cares.
